xiphmontCut each 9" piece of the newly resurfaced 6061 rod into four .75" thick discs and two 2.625" long cylinders with the band saw. These measurements include .125" oversize margin for error. Final piece count is 96 discs and 48 cylinders, plus 24 leftover waste discs.
