Cut each 9" piece of the newly resurfaced 6061 rod into four .75" thick discs and two 2.625" long cylinders with the band saw. These measurements include .125" oversize margin for error. Final piece count is 96 discs and 48 cylinders, plus 24 leftover waste discs.

Only in the sense that it may take forever to complete. The goal here is not to guess, although guesses are shall not be penalized.

My own guesses were Heath-Robinsonesque before you sliced the cylinders into disks.
