It *still* looks like a variant on the baby toy: a bucket with various shaped holes in the top that the baby drops plastic shapes into. The top right hand hole being for a hamburger. Only that doesn't explain why it has to be made of black powder-coated metal with mesh sides and electrical leads... there must be a simpler explanation...
ooh, wait.. there was mention of electrical leads and gasketing, which insulates. Will this thing be partially electrified? A holding pen for wild hamburgers? Coops for fancy chickens?
