xiphmontRound the edges of both sides of each plate using a 1/8" diameter round-over cutter. From the diagram posted in log #27, it should be reasonably obvious how and where the discs and cylinders will eventually mount to the plates. The arc segment overlapping with the cylinders/discs should not be rounded.
