The temporary grounding wires will probably fall off during the curing process as soft (electronic) solders melt below 400F. That's expected; the important thing is that the solder pad still exists under the powedercoat, which can be ground off.
After coating and cooling, solder the permanent ground leads where the temporary leads had been.
