xiphmontRun the discs and cylinders with dry media in the vibratory finisher as a final polish. The optimal process runs treated corn cob plus an activator for 36 hours, followed by dry/clean corn cob or walnut shell without an activator for 24 hours.
Not too shabby considering there are still plenty of metalsmiths who claim aluminum can't be polished.
