Machine a radius cut into one side of each cylinder identical to the radius cuts on the discs, but to .130" deep rather than .125".
Additionally, make one additional cut by extending .100" or so from top dead center of the radius cut to remove material at the very center of the cylinders' circular faces. The discs and cylinders all have a slight 'pip' at the very center where the lathe cut off tool left a little bump instead of a perfectly flat center. Finishing smooths it over, but does not fully flatten it. Removing a little material at the very center ensures the cylinders and discs can sit perfectly flat against one another.
